We affirm and believe in:
The Holy Bible (both Old and New Testaments) as inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God, and the only rule for Christian faith, conduct and matters pertaining to doctrine (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21; 1 Thessalonians 2:13)
The one true God, eternally existent in three Persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Our God is one, but manifested in three Personalities, and these Personalities are co-equals (Deuteronomy 6:4; Philippians 2:6; 1 John 5:7)
THE DEITY OF CHRIST
The virgin birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future personal bodily return to this earth in power and glory.
ETERNAL LIFE AND THE NEW BIRTH
The redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross as both efficient and sufficient for salvation. The New Birth is necessary to all men, and when experienced produces eternal life (2 Corinthians 7:10; John 3:3-5). We also believe in the work of regeneration by the Holy Spirit as essential for personal salvation.
Baptism in water is by immersion and it’s a direct commandment of our Lord. Water Baptism is for believers only and the ordinance is a symbol of the Born Again Christians identification with Christ in His death, burial and resurrection. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12; Acts 8:36-39). We baptize saying; “on the confession of your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and by His authority, I baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.”
BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is for all believers who ask for this experience. This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance. (Acts 2:1-4, 38-39).
The Bible teaches that without holiness no one can see the Lord. We believe in the Doctrine of Sanctification and the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life ( Hebrews 12:14; Thessalonians 5:23).
Healing is for the physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith and the laying on of the hands. Healing was provided in the atonement of Christ, and it’s the privilege of every member of the Universal Church today (Mark 16:18; James 5:14-15:1 Peter 2:24; Isaiah 53:4-5).
Resurrection OF THE SAVED
The resurrection of both the saved and unsaved; the former to eternal, and the latter to eternal damnation. This event will be characterized by the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the eventual Great Tribulation and Rapture. (Act 1:11; 1Thessalonians 4:16-17).
HELL AND ETERNAL RETRIBUTION
The people who physically die in their sins without accepting Christ are hopelessly and eternally lost in the lake of fire and, therefore, have no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. The lake of fire is real, and the terms “eternal” and “everlasting” are used in describing the endless duration of the punishment of the condemned in the lake of fire (Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 19:20).
